Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at wildcamelclo@gmail.com mentioning your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, then your order is already out for delivery. You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our return and refund policy for more information.
Damages
Wild Camel is not liable for any shoebox damages during transit. All products and packaging are carefully inspected before they are being dispatched. Damages are to be directly reported to the courier/shipping partner.
Return & Refunds
All products are not eligible for return. Products can only be refunded if the shipment has not been dispatched. Socks are a hygienic product and are therefore not eligible for a return or refund.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely case the items have arrived damaged or incorrect items have been delivered, please contact us at wildcamelclo@gmail.com. We will be happy to send a replacement for free.
