Shipping policy

Shipping
Wild Camel offers only Domestic (UAE) shipping at the moment. Domestic (UAE) orders are processed through our local partner TCS. We charge a fixed Shipping fee. Depending on the shipping address, the delivery time may very as well. Working days in the UAE are from Monday to Friday and weekends are on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after Friday 3PM (GST) will be processed the following Sunday.
Domestic (UAE) Delivery: 1 – 3 working days.

 

Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email containing all details of your order. Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number. By clicking “Track Package”, you will be directed to our delivery partners website where you can follow the live status of your order.
